You are right Harry. I still use Fireline on several rods that I leave home. I had most of my problems fishing with Shad Raps in medium depth water. It is a great line for sensitivity. I use it to fish for lake trout in 200 ft. depths through the ice at home. I can fish a 1/4 oz. jig and still get a good feel for the bottom.
