Re: Rules about entry points

Skip,

Cash is not the reason I do not come back to the park annually. It is another four letter word spelled w-i-f-e. Both my partner and I have gotten married in the last year and half, and the most we could convince our wives to let us go is every other year. This year we actually used the excuse that we were each giving the trip to each other as a birthday presents. The wives just rolled their eyes, so we will have to find a better reason next time.

Actually as far as fishing trips go, the BWCA/Quetico trip is rather affordable. I go on many other trips that I pay equal or more money without the results and the feeling of accomplishment I got from my first Quetico trip. There is something about working your butt off to get deep into Quetico and then catching big fish. This place is amazing.

Skip I too live in Indiana, and the last time I came home telling stories about the number of fish I caught (and released, at least most of them)they did not believe me. Around here catching 15 bass is great day, in Quetico (at least on my first trip) catching 15 bass in an hour was slow fishing. Not to mention most of the fish were on topwater.

Again thanks for your insights.
