Hey Rich here's one to try.

"It's less expensive for you to spend a week in the Q than a week at home!"

Me and the COWBOY K outfit ourselves and have actually calculated our expenses for the last three trips. Based on what we normally spend throughout a week at home, we save money by going to the Q.

Offer this to the wives.

You and your buddy need to do some research based upon a theory you read about on this web site. It'll take several years to develop a conclusion. But you believe the family financial position would be strengthened on an annual basis if you were to spend a week in the Q every year (or better yet - 2 weeks). And with the savings invested and earnings compounded each year, you believe you could afford to take her on a vacation sometime in the near future...............................................

Just don't tie yourself down to a specific date for her vacation you need to leave a little flexibility..........
