I was looking at the post today, while I am making jerky for my May trip. I just use a mixture of soysauce,teriyaki sauce, liquid somke, and salt and pepper. I have used some steak sauce to but it tends to make it sweeter.
I was wondering who out there has the recipe that makes the best homemaid jerky.
