Got a call from our "outfitter" - no damage in the Quetico. HOWEVER: Voyageur Canoe Outfitters tells us The Gunflint Trail has trees down limiting travel to Local Traffic Only. Dodging downed trees is required along the drive. Also, electricity is out for most of the resorts and outfitter camps. Take portable lighting and camp stoves if you're going in this week.
