I agree with Tom's response. If you were catching that many simular size largemonth then the fish could be stunted. Harvesting can be a good thing in this example.

I dont see why people get so upset about giving details about fishing in Quetico. There are so many good places to fish. To insure good fishing, it is more important to use barbless hooks, only one set of treble hooks, throw back females and big fish, and if you want a fish meal keep the smaller fish.
