I was really getting into this message board until I got wacked.
Stands to reason theres around a half a million great fishing spots in the Q, I made a blunder and posted about one.
My group generally takes a different route every time and we enjoy exploring new areas. With as many other lakes and potholes to explore, I may never make it back to Largemouth Lake again. If someone new to the Q wants to check it out, then I wish them the best of luck.
We tend to be minimal impact campers & fishermen. We clean our camp before we leave and pack out the trash left behind by others.
Our "Fish Kills" are limited to about two fish per meal X 5 meals out of 9 days, and to think that three guys would decimate the fish population is ludicrous. In the seven trips I've made, none of my group has ever taken a fish home for the wall, we too prefer photos for the memories.
