That sounds like a different kind of recipe. I'd like to try it. After trying a batch according to your directions I possibly may have to try it with my own twist on the seasonings. It sounds great, but when I finally start cookin' I can't resist experimenting with the many selections available in my wife's spice cabinet.

Is that Morton Tenderquick a meat tenderizer containing papain?
