6 years ago, we went through the Narrows on a Friday and it was busy. Probably from people going in and out.

If you go to Bisk, Beg or Rawn Narrow's, be sure to get your foodpack up high. Check with the outfitter's or park officials on the bear situation. Most family camper's, as yourself, visit that area, not all of them are experienced wilderness campers and the bears may be educated that people = food.
