I have a habit of filling up my water bottle from every lake I come to - part spiritual, part neccessity... Lets talk about where the best water is! My vote is for Brule, a couple days after ice-out. My vote for worst is Rum - rum-colored from the swamp. I'd like to hear from all of you who visited the BWCA this or the last few years. Let's talk about the lakes - are they clear, murky, etc. I understand that the fisherpersons want to keep their spots secret, but let's work together on this...
