Re: Camping/ Canoeing Equipment: GoodBad

Camp Gear
First of all, dump the air mattress and invest in a Thermarest self inflating mattress. Don't be fooled by the lack of thickness. They come in several sizes, thicknesses and weight. Anyone that I have tripped w/ came home and bought one.
Slumberjack makes some lightweight hollofill sleeping bags. I think one is called the bike rider.
Also, I have been known to take a lightweight sheet w/ my mummy and just slept in top of the sheet or the sleeping bag pending temp.
