I've seen the Vexilar unit behind the glass at Gander Mountain. In fact, it was their salesperson who recommended I stay away from it (vs. FishEasy)!

Actually I guess I could save myself a few bucks & hold my purchase until the 20th. My trip isn't until next month.

Another possibility is to check out prices from some of the other suppliers of Vexilar products around your area. I accessed the Vexilar website and found a few numbers to call around the Twin Cities. Just haven't gotten around to making calls yet.
