What fish is the best eating and how do you cook them? I like northern pike but the skin is a little scaly and makes my gums bleed. I just impale the fish with a stick and let it bake in the sun. Oh, and make sure you have plenty of rocks to protect your meal from those big white crows. I swear they can smell that pike cooking from a mile away.
