Sounds like you have a fine trip planed. The water is very clear and the fishing can be very fine. You might want to check out Eddy falls, and if you want to take a side trip from fishing, check out the Kek ponds area or make a hike up to the top of Thunder point. Knife has a lot to offer, lots of areas to explore.
