My buddy was flying up from Kansas and I had all his stuff from the previous year so I volunteered to pack it for him. I bought one of those Paul Bunyun camp skillets. Thick cast iron and about 24-30 in diameter. I squeezed it in his pack and carefully hid it. He bitched the whole time on our portages and really chewed my ass when we got there and I asked him to give the the pan in his pack. I really enjoyed cooking with it all weekend though......
