Panorama navigation is reasonably intuitive. To navigate a panorama quickly, click it once* to let it know you're watching, then click and drag from the center of the image to the direction you'd like to see more of. MAC users will need to keep their cursor inside the image area.
Besides simple click 'n dragging or clicking the tool icons you can also navigate the panorams by using the obvious up, down, left, right, minus and plus key commands.
