Bluegill Balls

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1lb boneless skinless bluegill fillets
- 10 saltines
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- oil for frying
Cooking instructions:
Crush saltines to crumbs.
Mix saltines, egg, salt, pepper in bowl.
Mince fish with knife and add into mixture.
Form into golfball sized balls.
Fry until golden brown.
Variations/Hints:
Use minced onion, garlic powder, or anything else you want.
Comments:
Serve with tartar sauce.
