Christmas Granola

Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 cups extra thick cut oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup pecan chips
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons orange peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup honey
- 6 ounces dried crannberries (cherry flavored)
Cooking instructions:
Heat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients except for cranberries in a large bowl; mix
well.
Spread evenly in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until golden, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove granola from oven; stir in cranberries.
Cool completely in pan.
