Tony's All-purpose Famous Creole Seasoning

Recipe Ingredients:
- 26 ounce box free flowing salt (Morton's)
- 1 1/2 ounce box ground black pepper
- 2 ounce bottle ground red pepper
- 1 ounce bottle pure garlic powder
- 1 ounce bottle chili powder

Cooking instructions:
Mix well and use like salt. When it's salty enough, it's seasoned to perfection. If too peppery for children, add more salt to the mixture then season to taste.
To Season Seafood - use half of the above mixture and add:
1 teaspoon powdered thyme
1 teaspoon bay leaf
1 teaspoon sweet basil
Variations/Hints:
I personally like to use a little less salt. I usually start with
the recipe as its given and then after a while I modify it to my own
taste.
