Egg Wern-muffins

Recipe Ingredients:
- English Muffins
- Sausage Patties
- Sliced American Cheese
- Scrambled Egg Mix (or real eggs, if you're brave)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Cooking instructions:
Fry sausage patties, flattening with a spatula as you go. Prepare scrambled eggs, keeping them on the firm side. Toast muffins lightly over the fire (optional). Assemble eggs, cheese, sausage and seasoning on the muffin, and enjoy!
Variations/Hints:
Bacon or summer sausage can be used instead of sausage. Season as you see fit - seasoned salt or onions would also be good.
Comments:
This is a great treat the first day or two out. Kids love them, but
have them eat close to the fire pit - it can get messy!
