Grilled Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Recipe Ingredients:

  • jar of peanut butter
  • bread (not too scrunched)
  • butter or oil

Cooking instructions:
Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and put another slice on top to make a sandwich. Butter the outsides and cook on skillet till golden brown. Flip and do same to other side.

Variations/Hints:
Can substitute cheese (the cheese wiz works great) for the grilled cheese enthusiasts. Best to use during the first few days of the trip so the bread will be fresher.

Comments:
This stuff is addicting. My nephew had us make this when it was his first trip to the BWCA. Pretty smart kid for a 9 year old.
