Steak Avec Haricots Verts

Heat, clean, and season your forest service grate. Lay the steaks on the grate, turning them occasionally. I check how done they are with a probe type meat thermometer. I don't want anyone sick from underdone food. The green beans are done over the fire in a pan with butter.
Variations/Hints:
Chicken breasts work well, too.
We like to have some Mandarin orange slices that come in those little six-packs.
Comments:
We use one of those marvelous five day coolers to bring steak, chicken,
eggs, etc. Most of my partners have been willing to help me portage
it.
