Here are two sites that have the fishing regulation publications for Quetico and Boundary Waters. I hope they help anyone looking for information. There is also a good fish ID chart on the Ontario site.
Canadian Regulations are out for 2012.
Minnesota should be soon.

There were new regulations for 2008. Remember that Quetico is under the International Borders Regulations.
There is a Excellent fish ID chart at the bottom of the list of maps in pdf format.
Non-Canadian resident fishing licences are also available through the mail by

It is up to the angler to understand the regulations and claiming ignorance may not be enough to dodge a fine.
