What's nice about this recipe is that it's fast and easy yet the results and presentation are wonderful. It has, without fail, drawn rave reviews from everyone I have served it to. If you don't have an oven you might have to adapt.
1) Dice onion and red bell pepper
2) lay fish on top
3) drizzle butter
4) sprinkle on light amount of potlatch seasoning

5) top with shredded parmesan cheese
6) 350 for 1/2 hour

I know I have plugged the potlatch before. If you haven't tried it trust me, it's fantastico (better start learning spanish amigo).
