Very astute observation or guess DD.  It was a highly unanticipated and appreciatted surprise to be handed one!  Tasted great after a long day of travel.  (Yes, in a plastic bottle,  one of which became a fuel storage bottle).

Is it just me, or are some people taking posts perhaps a bit to seriously ?

I think it was meant to be humorous. I was kind of thinking along the same lines.

Before you post, reread with your bromance filter turned on high.

But please keep sharing.  Cool

I know, shoot.......sorry, having a bad day that day.

So maybe its me that doesn't get your humor? Was that meant to be humorous?

Here lets try again.......

Yes PJ you missed a tender moment.......wish you could of been there (of course you would of probably dipped your chocolate bar into the infamous jug to sweeten it a bit?)

Hows that? A bit more palatable?

Please Darrel, tell me MT isn't referring to moment you two shared on a recent trip.  I refuse to believe this took place between the two of you.

Don't like my humor PJ? How about this........bring what ever nutritional supplement that floats your boat. After bustin our tails for 4 days that chocolate bar really hit the spot and from now on I will sneak a few treats along to share with who ever I'm with.

You know what? You win. I was going to present some other items that could of provided a little something to chew on but why subject myself to PJ and his scathing commentary?

I've been watching the Pat's Backcountry Beverage site for years waiting for the beer.  Based on the site it seems it still hasn't happened yet.  Do you know something I don't know, ST?

I have too Kerry, but it seems to be fairly current and it appears that there is some on-going activity. Undecided
I'm guessing that whatever process you need to get a consumable product thru the appropriate regulatory channels is slow and costly.

They don't solicit financial support, so if it's a scam, I don't see why it would be worth the effort?

IF this gets off the ground, you could have your "chocolate" and drink it too.
PBA free bottle of course. Wink
