Thanks for your helpful suggestions. We have it worked out and the show will go on.
Let's hope so. Otherwise my game plan is to stand up there & recite limericks until you guys get the electronics figured out. Prouboy has gotten me on a kind of a roll with those. Will also be glad to try my hand at some impromptu bushwhacker balladeering, voyageur rap, and free-style verse dealing with fishing & camping & such, too.
Of course, the crowd might be a bit surly by the time I hand them over to you two.
If I were you, I'd double-check your wiring....

alas, as per usual I will unable to attend and it sort of bums me out a bit. Sounds like a fun time. Any plans to video the presentation and post it via utube or the like? I think I would get a kick out of seeing it.

I'd be surprised if the convention services doesn't have a cord and means to connect your laptop to the sound system. Just ask as early as possible prior to your presentation.

As Wally 13 and I are putting the finishing touches on our Copia presentation, we realized that we forgot something important. We are planning to show a fishing video from a laptop and we realized neither of us has plug in laptop speakers.
If you are coming to Copia and have a set we could borrow, please post or pm us. We will be very greatful.
