I usually try to call it quits by three but I do remember chasing my tail a little extra that night. The server and board use GMT. You can set whatever time you want it to be in your profile and the only time I wear a watch is on a trip.

Ah hah! I went into my CP and checked the setting that OS recommended. I was still 6 hours off but it was set for Central - Chicago. I reset it to Anchorage (320PM) and then Boise (524PM) until finally moving it back to Chicago. Now I'm back on the right time and glad that I didn't have to time warp myself to those places (although I'd like to visit them both some day)....might be time to reread Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy again...

Actually, if you go into your profile, you can set it up any way you like it.
Hmmmm... just checked mine for the first time in forever. Unless "Chicago - USA" time has jumped six hours into the future, something is indeed wrong. I lost six hours, somewhere.
I was probably not doing anything important during those hours, anyhow.

I've been living 6 hours in the future for years here on QJ.
It's a strategic advantage that db set up for us, don't you see? This way we know what the weather is going to be BEFORE driving all those hours due north.
Yet another benefit of QJ membership!
Of course, I don't know if ALL of us are living 6 hours in the future, so Lord knows when some folks here will actually see these notes.
Honestly, I'm hoping that db can push me out another 30 hours or so. That way I would know how windy it might be on the first big lake I would tackle the next day....

I think my computer time is off or I've been warped to GMT time and am actually living in Great Britain. My time in the upper left hand corner reads Nov 6th at 7:02PM.
