First let me say I appreciate everyone's help and encouragement. Even those of you who only pretend to have as much difficulty as I do.

I was able to successfully post the one photo of the bow of my red canoe.

ST, I did use the same screen you posted the screenshot of using the BBCODE option you had mentioned previously. db's comment about the board re-sizingimages automatically was also helpful as doing it manually in "Paint" was a pain.

What I do not understand is your link " (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links); When I first tried it all I got was "0 images " and nothing I could open. Now the same link says it is "Solotripper Profile" but contains no information??? I am sure it is my persistent residual ignorance causing the problem.

So I will try to post a couple of photos along with some text and if that works well I will attempt a trip report before my aging memory jettisons too much more detail.
