I generally repackage most items to get them to a smaller size, in  a water proof container or to eliminate the air in most packages.

Thanks, TT, that is a great resource. I have a few go to places that offer SOME small portions but not the variety this one does.  Sometimes it's easier and even cheaper to buy an item like this than in bulk for a store and re-package.  Pancake syrup comes to mind.
