If you don't already know go to PaddlePlanner.
You click on a lake and you'll get a link to Fish on-line Ontario. Zoom in and you'll see Quetico Park.
From there you click on lake name and you'll see the fish that live there, the average depth, etc.

You could work the rocky areas just in Batch and catch all the SMB you want. Of all the fish they seem more than willing to bite just about anything that attracts them. Some people hate them because they are not a native species and are so eager to bite.  Wink Grin Grin

Are there any areas close to Batchewaung with good smallmounth fishing?  Have a trip set for July but have never fished much in the area.
