I received a call from them as well, about 3 weeks ago. After talking with them, and the Ontario Parks personnel, I canceled my reservation in Quetico. The RABC rep told me that even if the border was to open soon, he didn't think the RABC would be able to get up and running in time to approve a permit for the summer. Now if they cancel the program.....

They then said I would have to re-apply once the program resumes. A few months ago, there was rumblings of permanently stopping the RABC program all together.
