I have Kathy Zupanavich’s cell and texted her that Disco Joe was having problems contacting Zup’s. She and Joe got things squared away. Zup’s was having computer issues. ALL GOOD now !

Hello Everyone, I've been trying to get in touch with Zup's Resort/Canoe Outfitters for the past five weeks or so with no success. I made a 2023 reservation in late October 2023 and had a few follow-up questions that I put in an email and received no response to my email. Since then I've sent a follow-up email, called them on the numbers listed on their website (I left messages) and reached out to them via Facebook Messenger with absolutely no response. I've checked their website and Facebook pages and they do not indicate that they are on vacation or unavailable. I've been using them as a tow service/partial outfitter for the past 22 years and have found them to be a great outfitter and tow service and great people. This is the first issue that I've had. I wanted to ask if anyone else has recently had a similar issue with reaching them or knows of any issues that would prevent them from responding. Thanks, Joe
