It can't be said enough - it was great to gather with QJ friends and I enjoyed your company, tales, planning and great food! A special thanks to Mike, Mike and Scott for the logistics and food! I'll be seeing a few of you on the water this year in Quetico (yeah!!!) and looking forward to the next time we gather! Paddle on - be free!

It was good to gather again in Madison and see most if not all of our QJ crowd. I'm looking forward to canoeing this upcoming summer as always and seeing everyone next year. I hope everyone made it home ok! Hope to see you all up north

We had a nice time at your pizza party, and enjoyed seeing our QJ friends again, plus meeting a few new ones.
Actually had a wonderful time at all three days of Canoecopia. I have my favorite things that I will NEVER miss: Always take in a presentation or two by Kevin Callan, always have a dish or two of that wonderful Zanzibar chocolate ice cream, always go to the Aluminum Chef Competition, and always attend all three performances of Jerry Vandiver and his group--so much fun! But our tradition of seeing our QJ friends at dinner on Friday and our BWCA.com friends at dinner on Saturday makes it all very special. Online paddling friends are still friends. And even when your wilderness tripping days are done, you never lose your love for the canoe country.
We'll be on the Gunflint in July for our annual cabin week, and we'll plan to be at Canoecopia again next year.

Agree with Wally 13 and Marten. The meals were great. Enjoyed visiting with everyone there. Took in 5 presentations, all were good. No purchases, but wasn’t looking to buy anything. Looking forward to next year. Copia is pretty much back to normal. Mike did a great job with the venison chili.
