Man, if I've become "politically correct", then there is no hope for this world.
That said, on Dec 7th, I won't anounce the location as being on JAP lake.  Roll Eyes

Stumpy, has your ''lake'' changed over time?  ???In your earlier post, you referred to it as having good water and good depth, the polar opposite of bullhead paradise. Undecided Undecided Grin
Last I knew, bullheads like mud.

Old_Salt,

"Good water, good depth" for the resident mosquito & leech population, no doubt.  They don't require much of either....

Lovely.  We get to portage large quantities of H20 since there will be hardly any fit for human consumption upon our arrival - IF we arrive - at our "destination lake"!!

Oh joy!  Oh rapture!  Cry

It kinda reminds me of the story the Steve McQueen character tells the Mexican bandito leader in the movie "The Magnificent Seven".  He recounts how one old boy simply took off all his clothes one day, & then how he proceeds to go jump on & roll around on the thorns of a cactus.  When Senor Bandito asks "Why did he do this strange thing?", McQueen quotes the old (naked) boy as saying, "Well... it just seemed to be the right thing to do at the time...".

WARNING TO ALL:  Stumpy regularly carries around 200 pound Duluth packs, wears an "S" on his chest, and has a certain fondness for cacti.  BEWARE!!!
