Can you help?  I have tried accessing quietjourney from home and when I try it gives me a 403 error - Forbidden.

Any ideas as to why I am getting this?

If you can repeat it, refresh the page a couple of times so it stands out in the log.

What's the URL of the page or pages that gives you a 403? Normally that means you're not suppose to access files used only by the server. You're not allowed in there and the server is saying no.

I am typing " (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)" into the address bar on both IM and Firefox.

I will try again tonight (pretty late after work) and refresh a number of times to highlight

thanks for the help

I think I figured out why. Did you try Firefox a couple times first?

You should be able to access QJ from home again. If so - welcome back! Sorry 'bout that. If not, refresh the error page you get a few times and I'll take another look.

Thanks for your help db - everything is working well.

How can it be that a site maintained as a volunteer service to the community of canoe campers (but not for profit) has a quicker and more effective "help desk" than typical paid for applications?...?!

kudos to you db
