	This is only for files attached to a post and hosted from QJ's server. Vote totals won't affect posted images residing on other servers. If you post images residing on other servers like photobucket..., this may help you decide whether to display them or link to them. Dial-up users and those who can only view images form the originating server may appreciate links only.
