we will be out for seven days and this is what we came up with so far....i have wheat and potato/tomato allergies so this was a little challenging.
Breakfast
4 mornings Buckwheat with maple butter
    3 mornings powdered eggs w/cheese
fishnbuddy gets tortillas...the gluten free ones are too brittle won't pack well

Lunch
3 days...our travel days...will be trail mix from sam's club with added dried blueberries/banana chips
   3 days...peanut butter w/cheese and banana chips
2 days...fish in cornmeal baby carrots and celery

Dinner
first night...traditional cubed beef w/fresh broccoli and rice vermacelli and powdered alfredo sauce
second night...fish...caught on my hot pink lure...instant brown rice...dehydrated peas and corn
third night...fish with powdered alfredo sauce/brown rice penne pasta peas and mushrooms
     fourth night...pesto vermacelli w/chicken mushrooms
fifth night...powdered pinto beans w/ fish, cheese, and instant brown rice
sixth night...brown rice penne pasta w/ alfredo sauce, fish, peas and mushrooms
seventh night...fish with pesto, rice vermacelli, mushrooms and corn

This took quite a time to figure out but we are very happy with it...i came up with a recipe for a wheat free alfredo sauce made with powdered eggs and powdered milk...I will post it on the recipe section ofthe sight.

Thanks everyone for all your suggestions....

Okay,
good menu, guys, but what happens when you catch a fish on a non-pink lure and gut it to find that it's been feeding on pink minnows, wheatberries and nightshades Wink...?

We split the cooking and cleaning chores.   Wink

Which is probably what will happen anyway.  We might tease each other but we work well as a team in all that we do... so I figure everything else is just bragging rights.
