Protien Whey. Not as sexy as the liquors mentioned above. But I've found that after a few days of paddeling  I can't keep my weight or energy. A high calorie punch - mix it with gatoraid.

We call in Quetico lemnonade.  It is JD mixed with crystal light lemonade and clear Q lakewater, kind of like Lynchburg Lemonade.  We usually bring a platy of Skyy as well as it mixes up with any of our crystal light or tang.

Crystal Light iced tea (made from "Crystal Clear" Quetico water,  Wink) with a generous splash of Bombay Blue Sapphire gin produces an authentic Quetico T-Bomb, that in turn produces a very comfortable evening. Two per evening is about the proper ration...

Red (fruit punch) gatorade, Captain Morgan, and the lake water of your choice. Its smooth and hits the spot after a long day. I even took a nalgene bottle of this back with me, complete with lake water. It tasted just as good at home!
