Actually it is a shot from our 2009 trip, Alton Lake campsite,  day one, sunset.

Never thought of it in a Christmas wreath context, but I suppose I can see the possibility. . . .

Yes, it looks like an otter, I was thinking that they must hibernate or something and thought that the photo must have been taken early winter.

I didn't realize Riversend abandoned ship; maybe he felt left out of the plan for a rondezous in the "big city", I know he doesn't like crowds.
