This is not usually my style but it caught my attention.......especially since live bait is banned in the quetico.

I have a hunch this twirly slow motion presentation just might take some walleyes. Paddle real slow in the morning or evening with the rod in a rod holder. A depth finder would be very helpful. Sinker looks reasonably snag free. The leader is actually 40" despite the pic. You can also just buy the hooks and rig your own. Some 8lb FC sounds a bit better than 10lb big game line. I like the sinkers, very nice.

Anybody try these yet? This is the first I have heard of this rig.

Oh brother, where have I been? this has been out for at least a year. Looks awesome with a real nightcrawler.

i saw another segment on this style of hook the other day on outdoor channel. the guy actually said he likes to bend the hook even more to give it that spiral action. with the worm really twisting like that you have to make sure you have a really good swivel as well as a weight that hangs down from your mainline to make sure it doesnt twist
