Outdoors Card

My new Ontario Outdoors Card arrived in the mail.  Very difficult to figure out when it expires!  I think the last two raised numbers on the card, "14" might denote the year it expires, but I'm going to call the 800 number an ask.  Has anyone else figured out this minor detail?

My last one was good for THREE years for sure.  Unless they changed it, and the number on the end is the year it expires.

I'll let you know what I find out tomorrow after I call the 800 number listed on the card.

doesn't really matter, they have it set so you can't get permits and liscenses without it.  If it's expired, they just sell you another at the vendor.

True but . . . if you buy at the vendor they don't bother sending you a new one in the mail later in the year forcing you to buy one every year.  Personal experience.

I bought at the vendor...my card came in the mail 6 mo later.  And the vendor of my licenses gave me a temp paper with the numbers in case I needed them before the card arrived.   I then bought permits without the card in hand, just emailed my number to the vendor and permits came back snailmail.

I called the number on the card and learned the last two raised numbers on the card are the expiration year.
