	I can't tell you how enjoyable the last few POD's of Pascanell have been. Just makes my day so much more enjoyable. He's a handsome devil isn't he.

	It wasn't until I got home and reviewed my photos that I realized I had shot exactly the same view on the two days. But it was quite a contrast. It was a rather disappointing trip for us--we went in preparing for a 6-day base camp and ended up bailing after 3 days due to a combination of cold weather (more than we were prepared for), forgotten rain pants for one of us, and Neil being ill for two days with an intestinal upset. It just was a trip with lots of problems. And then the nice, sunny day was the day we decided to call it quits, so there was some irony there.
