Not sure if this should be in the Strictly Gear thread or here.  But after years of waiting it has finally arrived - Pat's Backcountry Beer is on the market and available in many states.  This stuff looks like it might be fantastic and a perfect solution to those sweaty travel days.

The video showing how the carbonator works seems simple enough, but since the people demonstrating it are connected to operation, you have to wonder nowadays whether it's a straightforward as it appears.

IF the reviews are good, I'd get a set-up for sure. The idea of a cold beer with fresh caught fish fixed your way sounds great.

I bring liquor now which isn't light, so I figure if I switched to camp brewed beer, the weight would be just about even.
