	Delormes new device (at least I think its fairly new) has quite a bit to offer with plans as low as $9.95 per month. Sounds about right to me. 	I found confirmation that it will do two-way stand alone texting under the virtual keyboard heading on the lower right of page. IMO a very useful addition.
