Just to get things back on a realistic track 

BelVita crackers (I prefer the oat flavor, but chocolate would perhaps be OK) with peanut butter, or almond butter.  I usually have these for lunch, but if we were having cold breakfast, they would be my first choice.  We take the individual packets of nut butter from Packit Gourmet, so we always have a several flavors along.  (peanut butter plain, or peanut butter with honey, or with chocolate;  almond butter plain or with honey, hazelnut butter, etc.)

Copenhagen is PJ's spice. Mixed with oatmeal, keeps ya going all day...
