Today (and yesterday) POD's at the Soho Lake beach camp.  Featured is our friend Kingfisher deep frying some Smudge Lake walleye fillets over an open fire.  Were they delicious?  Let's just say "I'd portage barefoot over 2 miles of broken glass just to lick the pan."

Some video from Soho: (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)

I'm wondering about the locations of last three days pics? They seem familiar. Thanks. Cool

I've been enjoying the latest POD.

I caught a walleye in Cirrus last year that was bluish in coloring. I read that blue walleye were common in the Eastern Great Lakes are early in the 1900's but became almost extinct due to over fishing. They were blue/gray coloring. I caught one near White River Ontario a few years back that was more blue that this one but don't have a photo. I wonder how many others have been caught in BW/Q?
