	You could say that too. But - never under estimate the flatulence factor.

When I paddled with 3 other guy's I was the ONLY one that didn't have gas/bathroom issues. I ate as much or more fried fish as they did BUT they ate all that Freeze Dried stuff that has NO fiber or very little. Greasy food+Processed food= Flatulence and Stool issues and I don't mean the folding kind either.

	Mr. Salt, how big of a trout was that? It looks pretty hefty. What were you fishing with if you remember?

	I don’t remember for sure. There were so many about that size. I would guess about 7-8 lbs. Most of the trout I caught were on Storm Lightnin’ Shads. That one may have been the infamous contribution to the Pink Flamingo Stew. Had a nice hint of smoke flavor. Jimbo could not have been any more surprised at the reveal.
