It's a little side channel area of Quetico's Chatterton falls - near the Russell end. Those falls are only a foot or so.

Thank you for locating the waterfall for me.  Often the little side areas are the most photogenic on waterfalls, and you did a beautiful job with that one.  I have gone back to enjoy it several times.

I'd assume a circular polarizer was used as it has that look to it. The camera is a now very ancient Olympus E-330. Hey, it still works, right?
