Hey Solus, where was that picture of the breaking waves taken.  It looks an awful lot like a spot that I camped on Berens Lake.

Photo from the beginning of the portage to Poacher on Inlet Bay (looking back towards the ranger station). Difficult conditions to begin a solo. Not what you would want to greet you on Pickerel.

I saw that pic a year ago and just had to go there.  It wasn't magical like that for me because it was cloudy and I fought waves. But, it's a beautiful lake.

Jimbo- Marj Lake, near the two portage route to Burt (a back bay of Burt). Probably the clearest water of any of the Q lakes I've visited.
