Not only do you have a strong crew of Portage Monkeys, but it also appears the young man in the bow is getting ready to play a paddling song on that paddle. Now THAT is talent.

I caught this waldo in the local lake where my brother and I fish for LMB. In 25 yrs that's only the 2nd waldo I ever caught, my brother has caught none.
Lake is shallow with a few deep holes and weedy. Water temp was in the low 80's. The waldo felt "mushy". I'll take UGLY over mushy any day! 
  Nobody eats the fish from this lake, they have an advisory posted at the boat launch.

The only reason we fish it is that there are plenty of 5-6 LMB and we catch/release them all the time.
